The schedule sequencing interface is a Gannt based drag and drop interface
which allows you run an automated routine or manually drag and drop schedules. Demand is
arranged on work centers in chronological order.
The schedule requirements interface allows entry of actual product needed, for which customer,
quantity, and the date required. Work instructions can be viewed here
(they are attached either to the customer or product file).
The production standards interface allows entry of machine hours, labor hours, scrap, and
efficiency for a particular product or characteristic on a particular work center. This
information will be used to help determine how long schedules will take to run.
The products interface allows you to specify the work centers on which a product can be
created. You can also connect characteristics to the products, which will be considered by the
advanced planning algorhythm during automatic scheduling, such as color, weight, etc.
A "weighting" will be attached to these characteristics to help the system make scheduling
decisions. We can also integrate our products table with your existing table of products
if your needs require it.
